Vanda Scaravelli’s approach to yoga is an intelligent intuitive one that works from the ground up to release tension in the spine, by undoing old habits and ways of holding ourselves. The aim is to let go of the struggle to push and pull ourselves into postures and practice with comfort and ease. 
Scaravelli-inspired yoga is suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and flexibility. It is ideal for beginners and suits more experienced students who want to explore a deeper practice. Belinda’s classes offer a relaxed non-competitive and non-judgmental environment in which to practise. She encourages students to listen to their bodies, treat themselves with love, acceptance and compassion and to enjoy all the benefits this yoga brings.
